Every time we act, we act volunhtarily or involuntarily. We don't have to decide to exercise our hearts every time tme they beat. We don't have to command our stomachs to digest our meals, or our lungs to breathe. Such acts, we perform without having to make up our minds to do so. They're involutary. But all voluntary acts we do, by definition, are products of a decision we've made at some point.
